The good, the bad, and the ugly

GOOD =We took our friends Gen and Andrew out for tacos, and then we hit the fabric shop and bought beautiful fabric for our cushions and curtains (yes, I had to buy some pom pom fringe too) I was inspired by the curtains in this scamp beauty.

BAD = The front entry way  floor is very soft and rusted through underneath.Joel is already working to fix the problem, but it isn't easy.  He is a real trooper

UGLY= Here is the state of our trailer with the booth seats/table removed.

I forgot to show you how the trailer looked before we removed the benches, so I will show that in my next post.  Did I mention the previous owner use to ice fish from this scamp?  see the ugly carpet circles with the silver strips? just lift them up and you have access to the lake, or the bottom of the garage now-hah!

Bringing home our scamp

After trying to buy a few Scamps without any luck, we finally bought our first  little Scamp. 
Joel's parents were sweet enough to adventure from Chicago to Minneapolis, and then back to Chicago for us.
